How long will it take to receive my order?

• After placing your order, there is a processing period of 1-3 business days, followed by a shipping period of 3-7 business days, depending on your location. In total, delivery can take between 5-12 business days. Shipping times may vary by order. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact us at cs@fkahumans.com.

Will I receive an email when my order is placed?

• Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see this email within a few minutes, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

Will I get a tracking number?

• Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details included.

How can I pay?

• We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, cash on delivery, and all major payment systems in India. We also accept major international cards and PayPal.

Pre-Order Policy

• Items marked as pre-order will ship upon arrival at our facility. Full payment is charged at checkout for pre-order items. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. For any queries, please contact our team at cs@fkahumans.com.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

• If your order has not been dispatched, you can contact us at cs@fkahumans.com to correct the address. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the address, cancel the order, or take responsibility for incorrect deliveries. Please double-check your address when placing the order.

Lost Packages

• FKAHumans is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

Delivery Disputes

• Once your order is marked as delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please use the tracking details provided in the shipping confirmation to monitor your order. If you wish to dispute a delivery, kindly raise the issue within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered on the tracking page by emailing us at cs@fkahumans.com. Proof of delivery can only be requested within this 24-hour window. Any delivery-related disputes submitted after this period will not be entertained.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select markets, with plans to expand to additional regions. All transactions will be processed in INR (Indian Rupees). Shipping charges will apply and may vary. For accurate pricing, please refer to the checkout page. Delivery times for the USA typically range from 12 to 30 days, but these are not guaranteed.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs regulations. Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the customs agency in your country.
