What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI, and we also provide a COD (Cash on Delivery) option for customers in select areas (but it incurs extra charges). Please note that COD is not available for all orders and may depend on your location and order total.

In international markets, we accept payment via all major international credit and debit cards, as well as through PayPal.

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship orders from our Warehouse within 2-3 business days of receiving them. After that, it can take up to 3-8 days for shipping companies to deliver your order depending on your location in India. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. You will receive tracking details for your order so you can keep track of its status. Once your order leaves our factory, we cannot cancel it. If you experience any issues due to delivery time, please contact our customer service team at cs@fkahumans.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

In international markets, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of approximately 25 days for your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

Absolutely! You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order (applicable to eligible products within India).
Please note that our return and exchange policy does not apply to international orders.For full details on returns, exchanges, or refunds, please refer to our Return/Exchange policy.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We occasionally offer discounts and promotions to our customers. Please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.

How can I place an order using my gift card?

To place an order using your gift card, please follow these steps:

Add the item you wish to purchase to your cart. In your cart, enable the "Pay via store credits or gift card" option and click Checkout. In the Order Summary section, enter your gift card code to apply the balance.

You can use the code multiple times until the entire balance is used. If your total order value is more than the gift card balance, you’ll be prompted to pay the remaining amount at checkout.

How can I place an order using my store credit?

To place an order using your store credit, please follow these steps:

  1. 👤 Go to Account (top-right icon) and Sign in.
  2. Enter your registered email ID and verify using the OTP sent to your email, then sign in.
  3. Add the item you wish to purchase to your cart.
  4. In your cart, enable “Pay via store credits or gift card” and click Checkout.
  5. In the Payment step, enable Apply store credit (your available balance will be visible) to apply the credit.

You can use the credits multiple times until the entire balance is used. If your total order value is more than the store credit balance, you’ll be prompted to pay the remaining amount at checkout.

Note: Store credit will only show if you sign in using the same registered email ID the credit was issued to.
