We usually ship orders from our Warehouse within 2-3 business days of receiving them. After that, it can take up to 3-8 days for shipping companies to deliver your order depending on your location in India. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. You will receive tracking details for your order so you can keep track of its status. Once your order leaves our factory, we cannot cancel it. To place an order using your gift card, please follow these steps:

Add the item you wish to purchase to your cart. In your cart, enable the "Pay via store credits or gift card" option and click Checkout. In the Order Summary section, enter your gift card code to apply the balance.

You can use the code multiple times until the entire balance is used. If your total order value is more than the gift card balance, you’ll be prompted to pay the remaining amount at checkout.

In your cart, enable “Pay via store credits or gift card” and click Checkout.
In the Payment step, enable Apply store credit (your available balance will be visible) to apply the credit.

You can use the credits multiple times until the entire balance is used. If your total order value is more than the store credit balance, you’ll be prompted to pay the remaining amount at checkout.

Note: Store credit will only show if you sign in using the same registered email ID the credit was issued to.
